CASINO REWARDS

Holland America Players Club

  • Enroll or identify yourself with the room key room card before every slot session and ask the dealer to rate every table session. Unrated play usually earns nothing.
  • Casino rating is based on theoretical play—the game, amount wagered, pace or hands, and time played—not simply how much cash you brought or whether you won.
  • Holland America Players Club may recognize rated play with FreePlay, drinks, dining, spa or wine rewards, and future stateroom offers, but published thresholds are intentionally limited.

How recognition works

Personalized recognition

No stable public tier chart is published.
  • Possible rewards include FreePlay, drinks, spa or dining comps, reduced or complimentary staterooms, slot tournaments, Prestige Cruises, and casino-host service.
  • The host may apply earned comps to eligible onboard charges or issue FreePlay, but the method varies by sailing.
  • Future offers are targeted and may include discounted or complimentary cabins, tournaments, drinks while playing, or hosted events.
  • Taxes, port expenses, deposits, companion fares, and blackout rules can still apply to a complimentary-cabin offer.
